Vinyl Lettering
Full Color Designs
Digital Printing is used to print full color images that are heat applied to garments. Great option when ordering multicolor logos or designs in smaller quantities. Digital printed full color designs can be used on any material regardless of color.
Screen Print Transfers
Screen print transfers are essentially a screen printing process that are printed onto a heat transfer release paper instead of an actual garment. You can use full color, 1, 2 or 3 color options. Screen print transfers can be used on any material and are usually the best option for larger quantity orders, regardless of single or multi-color transfers.
Sublimation
Sublimation is the process of transferring dye to a fabric using very high heat. The images and graphics are printed on special paper and heat transferred to the garment. The garment remains soft and breathable, even with the ink now being a permanent part of the fabric. Sublimation is great option on light color fabric that is 100% polyester. If the percentage of polyester is lower (ex., 50/50), it will result in a more vintage look.
Vinyl Lettering and Designs
We use a vinyl cutting machine to cut out letters and designs from a wide array of colored vinyl sheets and heat-press onto the t-shirt. Vinyl is a economical option for special occasions where the shirt will only be worn one time.
Also, vinyl lettering is normally what is used to apply names and numbers to uniforms and jerseys. There are many types of vinyl available in many different colors, textures and effects such as glitter and foil.
